The DePalma Design team is looking for an experienced and diplomatic Sr. UX Designer to help drive highly-visible UX initiatives for large fortune 500 clients.

You need to be comfortable leading the initial high-level UX design (no need for UI mockups) so that we can build a great user experience and flow.

Key Responsibilities

Interface with enterprise stakeholders to transform business requirements into journey maps and clickable realistic prototypes. Design the interface and interaction flow of new site features alongside redesigns of existing functionality. Create beautiful designs and functional, user-centered interfaces that support primary user and business goals. Create wireframes and mockups, and present them to the product team, software team and company leadership for review and feedback. Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user interface specifications, and final graphics with a strong visual design element. Provide leadership in the area of website design and user interface trends. Adeptly handle changing priorities throughout a product life cycle. Partner with the technology team to ensure we leverage the scale offered by our platform without compromising on core experiential principles. Assist with user research and usability testing sessions.

Basic Qualifications

Must have a love for solving big gnarly problems for the world's biggest corporations. We’re designing formula race cars for professional drivers, not compact cars to take the kids to school. Several years of work experience in Interface Design, Interaction Design, or Information Architecture. A portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions. Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g. Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Framer, InVision).

Preferred Qualifications

Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from product management, engineering, and marketing. Proficiency with web standards and accessibility compliance.
